PURPOSE OF AGREEMENT:

This agreement defines the understanding between Angelica and the participant for a coaching project that supports Angelica’s professional development toward her Master coaching in Raya Coach academy .
The aim is to offer a space for growth, reflection, and clarity through guided coaching sessions.

WHAT COACHING IS:

Coaching is a collaborative and confidential conversation that helps individuals explore their goals, develop awareness, and create effective actions. It is not therapy or consulting, but a supportive dialogue focused on growth, balance, and transformation.
1.STRUCTURE
• The participant agrees to five (5) sessions, each lasting around one (1) hour.
• Sessions are online held once a week .
2.RECORDING AND CONFIDENTIALITY
• Sessions will be recorded only for review by Angelica’s professor/mentor as part of her qualification process.
• All recordings and personal information will remain private, secure, and confidential.
• Recordings will not be shared or used publicly.
3.VALUE AND COMMITMENT:
The standard rate for coaching sessions with Angelica is $100 per hour, however, for this program — with the intention of supporting others and serving the path of awareness — a special rate of $100 for the entire course has been offered.
Each session is the result of years of study, practice, and dedication.Participants are kindly asked to honor this process through punctuality, full presence, and mutual respect and commitment, valuing the time, energy, and sacred space created together.

Both parties agree to the terms outlined in this Agreement and acknowledge their understanding and acceptance by signing below.
